Porto is a city people fall into quietly — and then choose to stay.

This collection brings together a small circle of hosts who have done exactly that. None of us were born here. We come from different countries, professions, and creative paths — American, Israeli, English, Indian, Australian, and more — but we share the decision to call Porto home.

Each of us arrived for our own reasons. We stayed for the light, the Atlantic air, the pace of life, and the layered culture that reveals itself slowly. Over time, curiosity became commitment — learning the neighborhoods, building relationships, understanding traditions, and finding our place within the city’s rhythm.

The experiences you’ll find here are shaped by that perspective. They are not checklist tours. They are invitations into the Porto we know through daily life — through wine, art, design, food, football, harbor culture, and everyday ritual.

We approach this work with respect for the place that welcomed us and with the perspective of people who chose it intentionally.
